Certificates can be signed digitally. If the Certificate has been digitally signed the signatories name will appear in the certificate listing. Passwords are set in EasyEdit > System Setup.
To have a scanned image of the signature appear on the certificate, the file name must be identical to the signatory name, for example ‘M. Smith.jpg’, and located in ‘EC6\Reports\Signatures’ directory.
The format of the image should be 400 pixels wide x 200 pixels high in jpg or bmp format.
