Cal Label & 3rd Party Printers

I am impressed by the ease of the program to learn, but I have not been able to set up the Cal Label printing. I am using a networked Brother P-touch 9800PCN label printer. The setup finds it OK, but when I try to print, I get the following:

Try CalLabel18mm or CalLabel20mm.
