To extend the calibration due date, which appears in the ‘Traceability Section’ of a certificate the following process is used.
Select Calibration Instruments
From EasyEdit main menu select System Setup
Then select Calibration Instrument
From the list select which calibrating instrument requires the calibration due date changed and click details
From here, the calibration interval (in weeks) can be used to extend the calibration due date.
For example to extend from 1 year to 2 years a calibration interval of 104 weeks is entered.
